New Guitar Concerto. Just released today June 14 2018. The first and third movements were written this year but interestingly the 2nd movement was composed in 1980 and set aside until this year. I am playing the guitar part on this recording. Downloads are in CD quality WAV format.

This is one of my very earliest pieces. It was a commission from 'Spike' Roddenby, my old school music teacher. This piece was performed by the Maitland Boy's High School orchestra shortly after it was composed.
For Winds, Brass and Percussion this piece's title reflects the Middle Eastern flavour of the music.
I wrote this piece after returning from a wonderful holiday on the Greek island of Thassos. I hope you enjoy my version of a joyful Greek dance in the middle section.
